LATE ARRIVALS AND NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
LATE ARRIVALS AND NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
We make every attempt to respect the time of our clients and stay on time with our appointments. In order to accomplish this we must have cooperation from our clients as well. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment it may be necessary for you to reschedule. If you “no show” to an appointment, or cancel with less than 12 hours notice you will be charged a No Show/Cancellation Fee equivalent to the cost of a Doctor’s Consultation (please ask for current rate).
If you “no show” to a scheduled surgical appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be billed the equivalent to a Doctor’s Consultation. In order to reschedule that surgical appointment you will have to leave a deposit equal to the low end of the estimate you received. That estimated amount will be applied to your bill for the cost of the surgery.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to provide the best veterinary care available for your pet.
